Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Voluntary Contributions & Donations

Rashtra Seva Dal is sustained primarily through the voluntary goodwill, monthly patron contributions, and shramdaan of citizens and well-wishers. As a general principle, voluntary donations made towards the social, educational, and cultural activities of Rashtra Seva Dal are non-refundable.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

In the unlikely event of a technical glitch causing an accidental duplicate charge or technical error during online transaction processing, the donor should notify our accounts desk within 7 business days along with payment proof / transaction reference ID. Upon verification, the duplicate sum will be refunded via the original payment source within 7-10 working days.

3. Event Delegate & Sammelan Fee Cancellations

Delegate registration fees for national conventions, literary conferences, or residential youth leadership camps cover administrative, lodging, food, and kit costs:

• Notice 15+ days prior to event: 80% refund of delegate fee upon written request.
• Notice within 7-14 days prior: 50% refund.
• Notice within 7 days of event: Non-refundable due to pre-committed venue and catering logistics.

4. Publications & Cultural Materials

In case of damaged or misprinted books/periodicals received by post, a replacement copy will be dispatched immediately at no additional charge upon receiving a photo of the damaged parcel within 5 days of receipt.
